Description

You will be responsible for leading the global Esko Brand Solutions sales team to grow market share and increase profitability. You will be responsible for achieving the global sales goals within defined timeframe's and parameters and directing the activities of our sales force in line with strategies and plans that are consistent with the organization’s overall mission and in line with budgeted expectations. In addition, you will lead team development initiatives, conduct quarterly business reviews, and assess performance and measure responsibility for regional sales team managers and their teams.

Main responsibilities and key activities:

  • Achieve Esko Brands budget in sales and profits
  • Lead global sales teams including Enterprise Field Sales, Inside Sales, Account Management, Pre-Sales & Channels
  • Focus on talent development within your team as well as hiring and retaining a diverse and inclusive workforce
  • Provide sales leadership & strategy for all sale channels
  • Execute all aspects of business development, sales policies, objectives and initiatives
  • Renew and retain existing customers while growing within those organizations
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting and reporting
  • Manage sales quota and achievement
  • Refresh sales go to market to increase sales across regions
  • At times, this role may require extensive travel (>50%) including some nights and weekends
  • From whom do you receive direction: President - Esko Brand Solutions

  • Who do you direct: Regional Sales Directors, Pre-Sales Directors, Inside Sales Managers and Sales Operations Managers

Qualifications

Qualifications and Professional Knowledge:

•  College degree in business, marketing or related discipline and/or the equivalent in relevant experience and training

•  7-10 years of sales experience in business with emphasis on marketing and sales

•  5-7 years of sales management experience which includes funnel management, reporting, quota management, compensation plan management

•  Needs to have demonstrated leadership capabilities plus have experience managing people

•  Excellent Sales Force (SFDC) experience a must

•  Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

•  Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire others to achieve results in reporting and non-reporting work teams

•  Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

•  Ability to interact effectively and achieve results working with diverse work groups both internally and externally

•  Professional sales training experience with methodologies like Miller Heiman
