The Regional Sales Manager role is to promote VIQUA, Aquafine’s and Trojan Technologies products and services to expand sales, marketing presence & market participation in Colombia and sharing responsibility for in Central America, Ecuador and Caribbean.  The RSM is part of the LatAm Center of Excellence (CoE) organization responsible for driving the organic growth, and profitability of the Product Lines in his region. He ensures strong visibility to available UV market opportunities and ensures sales funnels are strongly maintained and strategically managed.

Job Requirements


 •5-7 years sales & management experience in water treatment industry.

•Bachelor's degree in an engineering, Chemical Engineer or similar.

•Experience in building, managing and motivating 3rd parties (agents/distributors/representatives), and managing sales through them.

•Key account management experience, preferably in the HORECA business.

•Strong experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Sales Force would be a plus

•Value Selling / Solution Selling / Demonstrated presentation skills

•Experience with

•Fluent in Spanish & English

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to relate well to both the customer, and to all levels of the organization

•60% travel within the region, also to USA/Canada for training & consultation
