With a 12-week internship assignment, you will work through challenging projects that provide exciting opportunities to gain real-world experience.  

The Videojet Supply Chain Team has an opening for a driven, engaged and dynamic Intern.

At Videojet, our Supply Chain function leads and oversees best-in-class strategic sourcing objectives, global supply strategies, supplier performance management processes, effective commodity management plans and overall global logistics and distribution strategy to meet business and organizational needs.  The Manufacturing and Operations function provides strategic leadership and direction to the operations and global EH&S, with the goal of creating sustainable competitive advantage through new product launch execution; achieving operational excellence in quality, delivery, cost; and working capital leverage and potential acquisition integration. Accomplishing these objectives require the implementation and continuous improvement of Lean manufacturing processes.

The Supply Chain or Operations intern will be working with the team on vendor management, process improvement or funnel management to drive greater productivity.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in training on our Danaher Problem Solving Process (PSP), sit in on leadership meetings to understand the business operations, and attend functional presentations from the leadership team to give you broad exposure to the business departments. The culmination of your summer is a report out presentation given to Leaders within your function.

If you are selected, you will interview with an HR Representative and the Hiring Manager, whom will ask you a series of questions to better understand your profile and assess your engagement in learning our business. Following these interviews, candidates will be matched to a project based on interest and business need. All offers will be extended by Friday, March 30th.
