ChemTreat is looking for the right individual to step into our fast-paced, challenging environment as our Transportation Optimization Analyst. You’ll be working in a high growth, globally focused area and will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve operating efficiencies by evaluating cost structures, new technological implementations, and new or improved processes. 

This will include domestic and international evaluations.  You’ll be part of a highly-engaged team-environment of talented Transportation experts working to bring innovative solutions to drive processes for improvement in logistics.   • Proactively identify and conceive projects via research, data analysis and/or observation.

  • Collect, organize and interpret large data sets to identify current operational competencies and areas for development.

  • Provide ideas, concepts and direction to peers and management that result in actionable improvement projects.

  • Effectively lead cross-functional teams by driving project planning, implementation, and communication; influence without authority.

  • Achieve project goals by developing and supervising action plans.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and generate Standard Operating Procedures/Workflow documentation to ensure consistency in daily activities. 

  • Advocate Danaher Business System (DBS) principles by leading and facilitating problem solving activities.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in related field (Transportation, Operations, Supply Chain, or Engineering)
  • 2 or more years of Logistics/Transportation/Distribution/Operations experience with a focus on project management, optimization and analytics
  • Strong understanding of transportation, supply chain management, manufacturing, warehousing, and business finances required
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities (Tableau a plus); critical thinking
  • Interpersonal skills to effectively challenge the status quo and lead cross-functional groups

  • Organizational skills; Self-management
