The Data Specialist /  Logistics Analyst I would be a key member of the International Order Management activities. He/she will be responsible for developing and maintaining department databases. He/she will be helping to identify operational needs, building reporting tools, integrating & reporting data to various organizations. He/she needs to demonstrate advanced knowledge of data sources content and structure. In addition he/she needs to have a logistics experience, preferably in an international transportation environment.

Role and Responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:

• Main activities is the management of all data related to International Transportation activities

• Design new tools to effectively support the International Order Management team (Access, SharePoint, SQL Server, OBI)

• Collaborate with 3PL IT dept. to design report and integrate data into dept. database

• Collaborate closely with Beckman Coulter IT dept. to develop reports from Oracle and OBI

• Actively Participate in Daily Management

• Applies analytical skills to interpret data

• Meet regulatory requirements and administer policies and procedures

• Frequently interacts with peers to build productivity and quality

• Works with occasional guidance in own area of knowledge

• Provide technical advice to lower level associates and other functional areas.

Job Requirements



• Bachelor’s degree in related field with 5+ years exp.

• Supply Chain Experience and understanding

• General knowledge of industry standards and practices

• Proficiency in relational database tools (i.e., SQL, MS-Access, OBI, MS-SharePoint)

• Knowledge of Oracle Logistics Module such as OTM, WMS, Inventory and GTM

• Strong computer skills (MS-Office, Oracle ERP), including analytics

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks : analysis, judgments and flexibility

• Team player and problem solver, able to work under pressure

• Customer focus and service oriented

• Good communication skills
