Position Summary:

This position is a key member of the Pall Biotech Technical Documentation & Regulatory Strategy  team. He/ she will report to the Sales Excellence Director. 
The Training Administrator will be responsible for managing the content of technical training for our E training center and face to face modules. 
  • Ensure that all the E-training content is always fully accessible and up-to-date
  • Ensure appropriate branding of technical training contents and perfect written English.
  • Help in animations and creation of contents 
  • Ensure that technical training contents are fully accessible and updated in a regular base inside a dedicated share point. 
  • Facilitate the organization of face to face training.
This role is focused on online technical training content and “face to face training” The Training Administrator will cooperate the Sales Excellence Director and with the Technical Marketing Managers 

Main Duties:
The Training Administrator is responsible for the organization of the training content for Pall Biotech and to facilitate the organization of face to face workshops and hands-on training.
  • She/ He is responsible for the edition and the maintenance of on boarding workbooks for the Pall Biotech.
  • She / He is responsible to enhance content layout through appropriate branding, animations… Proof all the content for appropriate use of trade names, spell checks , comments / storyboard on each slides/ Document according to define rules.
  • She / He is responsible for maintaining an up-to-date catalog of training modules both e-learning and hands-on. 
  • She / He will coordinate activities between Our E training Center Supplier, PM and Technical Marketing Manager, ensure on time execution of deliverables (information supply, storyboard review, and projects). 
  • She / He is responsible for authorization of access to Pall E-training Center and other platforms used to support online training. 
  • She / He  will publish on a monthly basis a summary and an analyze of the use of the on line platforms
  • She / He will help in creating animations on PPT or other tools for case studies.
  • She / He will ensure that technical training contents for face to face are fully accessible and updated in a regular base inside the dedicated share point. 
  • She / He will facilitate the organization of face to face training (meeting rooms reservation, ordering material needed in SAP, printing the contents needed, Lunch, hotel and diner organization if needed) he/she will work directly with the trainers for the training organization.

Job Requirements


  • Job related education or study completed (i.a. Business Administartion)
  • Idealy first years of work experience in an training environment and content development
  • Excellent knowledge in creative tools for training content development
  • Seasoned experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel 
  • Knowledge of the Internet 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clear messages 
  • Experience working in a matrix environment and managing several projects with dynamic timelines to execution.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Willingness to travel up to 10 %, including domestic and international travel to factories, centers of excellence, sales & training locations 
  • Fluent in English
