Description

The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for achieving or exceeding sales and service goals with surgical specialists, general practicitioners and dental labs within an assigned territory. Attributes include creative selling/promoting, identifying opportunities for growth, collaborating with team members, business plan development, and educating/presenting upon Nobel Biocare products, procedures and protocols. 

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible in achieving a set sales quota for a geographic territory
  • No direct people responsibility
  • Collaborate with NobelProcera Specialist, New Customer Development Specialist, marketing and customer support. 
  • Participate in local trade shows as well as sponsored Training & Education courses
  • Schedule includes occasional evenings and weekends based on the development needs for the territory.
  • Plan and prioritize sales utilizing funnel management.
  • Complete work with minimal direction, on-time and consistently. (Includes, but not limited to: sales visits, funnel management, compliance training, BEX, and Runzheimer)

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:
  • A minimum of 2 years outside sales experience

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Healthcare or Medical Device sales experience strongly preferred
  • Basic dental practice business knowledge
  • Strong acumen on business principles (i.e. Business Plan, Practice Development Plan, etc.)
  • Ability to be adapt and adjust to change 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Customer facing experience
  • Ability to work independently
