Ormco works closely with orthodontists to improve existing products and develop new products primarily through its Champion programs in which selected orthodontists assist Ormco in designing, developing and ultimately educating users on new product and technique innovations.


  • Sales Volume/Revenue - Ensure the achievement of target sales volumes and revenue for the country/territory by planning and maintaining systematic call patterns, developing and maintaining close business relationships with dealer sales personnel and key clients, and by identifying opportunities to increase sales within the country/territory.
  • Training & Education – Working closely with Ormco Product Managers and the Marketing team, ensure a consistent, systematic and orderly approach to the training and education of Ormco in the country/territory by recommending based on agreed plans and objectives, monitoring and reporting progress to targets and taking corrective action as required. 
  • Territory/Channel Sales Management - Ensure effective management of the respective sales territory by the timely and accurate maintenance, preparation and submission of relevant sales reports, co-ordinating special events with other sales team members and keeping the General Manager aware of significant developments within the territory.
  • Marketing and Sales Co-ordination - Contribute to the orderly and systematic marketing and sales of Ormco products in the assigned territory by the timely and accurate adherence to all agreed sales and pricing policies, gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends. 
  • Team Participation - Contribute to the teamwork and work climate within KaVo Kerr, Ormco and Nobel Biocare operation by assisting other team members where appropriate, seeking area’s where further work contributions may be made and by maintaining effective work relations with all other staff members.
  • Represent KaVo Kerr, Ormco and Nobel Biocare Interests - Contribute to the effective representation of KaVo Kerr, Ormco and Nobel Biocare interests by promoting and representing the company with involvement in exhibits, trade shows and conventions, product demonstration and in industry association activities.

Job Requirements


  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Marketing / Business / Science or related discipline.
  • Experience: Min 7 years of commercial related experience in channel sales management. Direct experience/knowledge in dental/medical equipment and/or professional consumables.
  • Language Skills: Fair English - oral and written.
  • Computer Skills Required: Proficient in the use of a computer, Word and Excel, PowerPoint knowledge required.
  • Travel: In Country - High (50% to 70%), possess own transport and valid driving license. This position involves 15 to 20 weeks travel/year and requires the individual to plan, manage, and execute—fiscally and efficiently.
