•         Make recommendations on structure, systems and accountability for an effective tendering organization.

•         Establish a working knowledge of the tendering process across region and develop relationships with key government agencies.

•         Facilitate Sales through designing and implementing tender strategies, policies, processes and action-oriented plans to pursue tender success and perfect them constantly.

•         Keep abreast of the best bidding/tendering practices so as to develop our company's position and plan for improvement internally and externally

•         In conjunction with the relevant Reginal Tender Mgrs to develop and maintain a 12 month rolling tender matrix detailing upcoming tenders/expiries.

•         Cooperate with regional tendering manager on each project to guide the team on input task and platform maitainence.

•         In charge of management and maintenance of regional tendering database.

•         Timely and periodically collect, follow up, update and deliver all-level regional tender information.

•         Develop and maintain overall  tender database for bidding/tender activities and their related reports, which include bidding price, documents released by government and all kinds of product and qualification related materials etc.

•         Coordinate and communicate with project principal or related departments to solve the problem during documents preparation, ensure the timely delivery of bidding documents.

Job Requirements




•         College degree or above

•         Good Excel, Word & PPT skills

•         Ability to analyze both quantitative data and qualitative information

•         Good executive ability and communication ability

•         Excellent attention to details and strong analytical skills.

•         Ability to prioritize and manage multiple pending deadlines.

•         Team management skills

•         Familiar with Open-tender management


•         At least 5 years’ working experience in bidding/tendering policy, data collection and analysis, documentation support  and tendering process management in Medical device companies with project management experience.
