This is a key position which provides support to Customers, Sales and Service teams in all forms and medias. This will include but is not limited in  processing of Public Tenders as well in management of the sales representative orders and deployment in order to achieve financial and customer satisfaction objectives (internally and externally)

- Be Responsible for the preparation of all documents needed (before and after   the tender) Ensure the Tender Documents Signatures based on local        Management Signature Policy . Guarantee the Delivery of Tender documents within each single Tender deadline.

- Provide Sales and Service team with clear feedback on the status of the tenders for Spanish and Portuguese markets.

- Receive requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, applications and service requests and cancellations directly from customers and dealers

- Co-ordinate a timely delivery in order to meet the customer’s needs and minimizing the number of open orders at month end. Monitor open orders via relevant SAP transactions.

- Check with credit department concerning credit status of customers and defined payment method.

- Support the customer care department during seasonal activities.  

Job Requirements


  • Experience of working with SAP system
  • 3/5 years of working experience within a tender/customer service environment
  • Must be fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English
  • Continuous Improvement, Don’t accept the status quo
