This role is key to our customer’s use of our products and satisfaction! The ideal candidate will be able to gather and document labeling requirements, interview product developers, technical support and marketing managers to obtain necessary information. Then be able to distill this information into detailed, accurate, professional documentation. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing, tracking, and finalizing document translation projects as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordination of all product labeling deliverables, including labels, Instruction for Use (IFU’s) carton and pouch artwork, etc. from project initiation through completion.

• Create & review documents for translation accuracy, style, clarity, grammar, and punctuation.

• Use design control processes to identify and define labeling requirements and provide traceability.

• Identify labeling translation requirements, prepare and manage translation projects to completion.

• Originate change documentation (Change orders, Minor Impact Decision Forms)

• Lead cross functional teams through content development for labeling deliverables by managing the drafts, collecting input and source data, making changes, tracking revisions, and keeping teams on schedule.

• Facilitate team reviews of labeling deliverables to ensure content is accurate, complete, fully compliant to relevant regulations and requirements, and meets the needs of the customer.

Job Requirements


Required Skills/Experience:

•AA Degree with 1+ years exp • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Framemaker

• Experience in creating and revising Multilanguage product inserts

• Exceptional people and project management skill set - responsible for timeline & deliverables

• Ability to influence and collaborate across business functions

• Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and to be proactive in seeking out opportunities to help others

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) & Adobe Acrobat

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in creating artwork for labels in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical environment is preferred

• Experience working with translated documentation

• Understanding of Diagnostics or Healthcare Industry with heavy emphasis on understanding of labeling requirements and compliance

• Experience working with print suppliers and material specification sheets

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
