Main Role / Job Objective:         

As a Technical Training Specialist – EMEA/APAC you will design, create training materials, and deliver trainings for online and face to face learning modules, for a team of Brand Owner Solution Architects in association with the  EMEA/APAC counterpart, to maximize the potential of our Solution Architects & Partner resources and bring new joiners to fulfil capabilities faster.

Main responsibilities and key activities: 
  • Team training and development
  • Analyze current training methodologies, design/enhance and develop comprehensive training material and courses for the onboarding and continual development of Brand Owner Solution Architects & Partners resources.
  • Deliver training using a variety of instructional techniques.
  • Train to develop our Solution Architect’s individual skills, competence and potential for solution deployment, in-line with the skill matrix.
  • Monitor and evaluate deployment teams in the field to ensure workshops and solutions are effectively delivered and adapt future trainings striving for improvements.
  • Act as a mentor/senior lead as required on projects to guide new and junior associates and partner resources.
  • Able to work and coordinate training material/ courses with an EMEA/APAC counterpart.
  • Assist to develop a training academy/ environment in which the Brands solution teams can learn, develop and deploy consistently to high standards.
  • Ability to travel nationally, regionally and internationally ranging from 30 - 50% of the time.
Communication:
  • Communicate regularly with your team including the manager, Deployment Directors & Deployment Managers, Solution Architects Deployment teams, Product Management and R&D teams, Aftercare Support team, Sub-Contracting Partners.
  • Keep up to date personal knowledge by attending relevant courses, self-study, and in-depth preparation.

Qualifications


Qualifications and professional knowledge:

  • Proven ability to work in multi-functional teams, networking effectively with others to achieve desired goals.
  • Bachelor or Master degree (or equivalent professional qualification)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience (or equivalent) in areas such as, but not limited to:
  • Business process or asset management technology solution architecture, ideally in a marketing or packaging domain.
  • Providing software and/or services to consumer goods, pharmaceutical or retail customers.
  • Software user training (e.g. workflow building, system configuration, system admin, developing key users up to a professional/expert level).
  • Experience in Esko software (WebCenter, MediaBeacon, Automation Engine) along with experience in Packaging and BLUE software is considered a plus.
  • Other technical services domains (e.g. application engineering, enterprise level software installation).

Soft Skills desired:  
  • Customer-oriented: excellent listener and understand the customers’ needs.

  • Possess a sense of urgency & hands-on mentality.
