This position requires a reliable and highly motivated individual who is ready to take on responsibilities from generating leads to taking orders by phone, email and fax.   Ideal candidate is professional and has a basic understanding of the sales process and customer service.   A successful Sales Associate will constantly strive to meet all goals and exceed customer expectations.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
• Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
• Follow and complete assigned monthly tasks which may include customer lead generation / qualification, sales administrative duties and sales support on an as needed basis.
• Develop and cultivate strong customer relationships.
• Assess customer needs and provide support and information per customer requirements
• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality

Job Requirements


• College Degree, background in Science preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Basic computer knowledge and understanding of Customer Relationship Management.
• Strong Interpersonal and communications Skill.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management. 
• Ability to communicate on the telephone with proper etiquette.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic.
