Description

A fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to broaden their knowledge in

commercial Biotechnology environment. In this role you will liaise with key

clients, providing both technical and commercial support across a variety of our

products / solutions.


Main Duties:

Review customer’s application to select appropriate Pall Products.

Liaise with manufacturing for customised solutions.

Provide customers with quotations and support in a timely manner.

Support enquires from the External Sales Team.

Follow up quotations to secure orders.

Liaise with other Pall departments to meet customer requirements.

Deal with Customer Technical and / or Commercial queries and complaints.

Ensure that all enquiries and orders are dealt with in accordance with standard

procedures.

Meet the departmental and individual key performance index.


Core Skills:

Ability to liaise with customers and colleagues regarding requirements of the

Filtration industry. 

Plan and manage own workload to agreed deadlines independently.

Have a considered and logical approach to problem solving.

Remain calm and organised under pressure.

Demonstrate initiative and drive for continuous improvement.

Able to apply a working knowledge of scientific principles.

Good telephone skills are essential.


Job Requirements



Qualifications

Degree in engineering or scientific discipline.
Disciplined and able to set sensible priorities.
Able to work to deadlines.
Able to converse intelligently with customers and colleagues about the divisional activity, i.e. requirements of the industry, use of filters within the Industry, Technical and Commercial issues regarding filtration.
A good telephone manner and proven telephone skills.
Excellent keyboard and computer skills.
Proficient in both Swedish and English.
