The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the talent acquisition process from the sourcing of candidates through the application, interviewing, and offer letter process. The focus of this position is EMEA & Software recruiting, but you can and will be involved in all recruitment activities for the region. Next to that you will also work on our recruitment processes to bring talent acquisition to the next level, together with TA & HR BP. You are the key partner to find great talent fast and help us to continue to build a winning team.

Your main responsibilities and key activities:
  • You coordinate with HR Business Partner & hiring manager to understand business requirements and functions in the different departments as well as the specific context for the open role.
  • You develop and implement innovative recruiting programs, ensuring effectiveness, consistency, and compliance with overall strategic planning.
  • You manage the content of the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) for assigned regions, including applicant flow, EEO data, etc.
  • You make use of active recruitment strategies to ensure job openings are filled with high quality hires. Generates leads via web, research lists, referrals, job fairs and databases.
  • You create a pipeline in line with strategic and organizational needs.
  • You build and maintain good relationships with internal customers/hiring managers and provide regular weekly status updates.
  • You provide consultation on recruiting best practices.

Job Requirements


  • You have a bachelor degree or above.
  • You have 5 - 10 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience, preferably in an international, fast paced environment.
  • You have experience with recruitment in the Software industry is a necessity.
  • You have a working knowledge of HR Branding to attract the right talent fast.
  • You have experience with working in a high volume, fast paced environment; recruiting engineering/technical professionals
  • You have demonstrated skills & experience in creative sourcing and networking is critical.
  • You have demonstrated experience with knowledge of European employment laws and privacy legislation
  • You have experience with Taleo or Workday is preferred, yet a similar ATS is deemed an asset. Experience in running reports and analyzing data and conduct gap analysis is critical. Social recruiting and brand savvy with LinkedIn is crucial for success.
Your competencies:
  • You have excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written). Demonstrated experience in building relationships with the business as well as candidates is key.
  • You are results oriented and focused. Demonstrates strong sense of urgency in a demanding environment.
  • You have the ability to prioritize conflicting needs & deadlines is a must.
  • Language skills: fluent in English, any other European language is considered a plus.
  • You have strong talent assessment skills (eye for talent).
  • You are a process thinker.
  • You have data base management / system skills. Detail orientation and administrative accuracy is key.
  • You have a positive and “Can Do” attitude
