Description

We are looking for an innovative Talent Acquisition Manager - Americas, who thinks strategically and brings creative solutions to our recruiting needs. You will be a collaborative, dynamic leader who will establish and drive world class recruiting strategies across the Americas while carrying a requisition load of key roles. The responsibilities will include managing a team of recruiters, implementing recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, sourcing candidates, and developing and implementing effective recruitment processes to attract and hire qualified candidates.

The following are the key responsibilities for the position:
  • Develop and implement an Americas Recruiting Strategy:  Define and execute the recruiting strategy designed to meet the defined needs of the business, including attraction strategies for recruiting and sourcing.
  • Manage and inspire a global talent acquisition team to deliver outstanding results while effectively communicating the critical dimensions of the staffing strategy, updating the staffing status and ensuring tight alignment with the business plans.
  • Manage the recruiting resources to defined performance goals and outcomes: ensure efficient process development and consistent execution for sourcing, recruiting, talent pipeline development, selection and the on-boarding processes; ensure the quality of product and service delivery of the recruiting team to the hiring managers, HR, business management and applicants.   
  • Develop, cultivate, and manage relationships with hiring managers, VPs, and Directors and Executives.  
  • Develop community relationships and be the brand ambassador – drive community events, build external relationships, and cultivate brand awareness. 
  • Demonstrable ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment.   
  • Coaching and mentoring skills are a must.  
  • Communication skills that foster a strong team environment and create a high-trust and authentic sense of culture.   
  • Exceptional analytical and reporting skills must be highly data-driven.
  • Ability to prepare and communicate clear and compelling messages to senior leadership
  • Executive presence and excellent interpersonal, oral and written and communication skills.
  • Ability to establish credibility and be decisive but able to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities.
  • Results oriented with the ability to balance other business considerations.
  • Managing a team of approximately 8-10 recruiters.

Job Requirements



Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA preferred   
  • 10+ years of professional recruitment experience 
  • 4+ years of progressive leadership experience required   
  • 10-15% travel domestically as well as to Latin America

Desired Skills:
  • Demonstrable experience building and managing a talent function   
  • Strong preference for corporate environment leading a talent acquisition team and building infrastructure to support the TA function   
  • Technical proficiency in HR processes
  • Business Knowledge – includes value added perspective, financial awareness and cost control, industry knowledge, strategic focus, diverse business experience
