  • Improve on time delivery to customers
  • Reduce Inventory net working capital
  • Drive revenue optimization
  • New Product Introduction
  • Oversee forecasting process and capacity analysis
Main Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the supply chain organization with analysis, reporting and measurement of data/statistics
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Service and Operations Teams to monitor order book and make recommendations/prioritizations around supply planning 
  • Monitor and ensure successful inventory controls to achieve targets and recommend opportunities to improve
  • Enable all forecast models, analyze and identify trends, and manage forecast tools
  • Assist in inventory allocations/prioritizations as constrained supply situations occur
  • Oversee the Customer service database
  • Material Master updates and improved accuracy
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required

Job Requirements


  • Several years in Business, preferably with a mix of  Supply Chain and Customer Service/Order Management
  • SAP experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MSProject).  Priority is Excel.  MS Access a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate cross-functionally to drive results
  • Team Player
  • English is a must, any other languages are a plus
