Videojet Technologies, a Danaher company, recognized nationally as one of the “Best & Brightest Companies to Work For”, is seeking a Supply Sales Specialist to join our team in Wood Dale, Illinois!
 

The Opportunity:

  • Strengthen incremental sales revenue growth with new and existing customers through phone-based nurturing of long lead time projects
  • Apply the use of value selling techniques to support Videojet value propositions by technology; understand our customer wants and values, engage with customers in a compelling manner
  • Improve customer retention in targeted segments of customer base
  • Manage customer pricing & provide supplemental information to grow existing accounts
  • Drive incremental revenue by developing a sales funnel of prospective opportunities via interaction with an existing customer base
  • Assist the North America business org meet quarterly sales targets by conducting incremental sales calls
  • Support effective lead nurturing follow up activity with relevance and a straightforward approach that invites ongoing collaboration
  • Build relationships with core teams (Marketing, Sales, Tech Support, Product Managers)

Job Requirements



Qualifications

As an ideal candidate, you’ll possess: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 - 3 years of sales and/or new business development experience
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com) and MS Office applications
  • Willingness to travel < 10% of time
  • Passionate and motivated to drive monthly sales by building essential relationships with customers (internal and external).
  • Proficient in high-level communication to effectively educate customers on all technologies.
  • Possess effective time management skills to prioritize daily tasks.
  • Ability to overcome objections and convert interest into growth opportunities.
  • Strategic thinker that commands quality, performance and superior communications.
