  • Supporting the EMEA Strategic Sourcing Manager for Biotech equipment 
  • Favorable Net Purchase Price Change within Region, Categories, or Site(s) of responsibility as Measured via Spend Data WarehouseSetting and achieving aggressive cost reduction targets year on year for Team.
  • Auction PVO % within Region, Categories, or Site(s) of responsibility as Measured via Spend Data Warehouse & Pall Exchange. Successful completion w/Award, Multiple Suppliers, Multiple Bids.
  • Embracement of new Tools & Processes Launched within Strategic Sourcing Function; Project Deck, Auction Site, LCR Process, Total Cost Model, Business Continuity Reviews, and so forth.
  • Completion of Supplier Evaluations per Milestone Schedule
  • Completion of Supplier Feedback Activities per Milestone Schedule
  • Drive Supplier consolidation 
  • Work with NPI to optimise related strategic sourcing activities
  • Understand spend profile, cost drivers and supply market challenges.
  • Improve supplier service levels by integrating key suppliers to the business.
  • Understand and manage risk of supply chain changes.
  • Ensure suppliers understand expected performance levels and competencies.
  • Ensure clear and independent make versus buy process that constantly challenges the organisation to review it’s in processes.
  • Regularly participate in training and education classes/programs
  • Direct & Indirect Savings "Completed" as Measured via Project Deck for Region, Category, or Site(s) of Responsibility

Job Requirements


Professional multi cultural negotiator of complex core products or strategic services
Champion of Kanban / Lean  process and able to train other associates.
In-depth knowledge of customer needs, products on supplier market and/or good knowledge of complex product
Contract negotiation
TCO analysis
SAP or other ERP usage
Mathematical competency
Commercial Law
LCR implementation and experience
Engineering or operations background
Degree or equivalent level Qualification
Intermediate+ Excel skill
Procurement experience
Supply Chain supporting manufacturing
Experience with MRP systems
Familiar with quality system requirements
Fluent in business English and fluency in German would be beneficial
