Description

o Network, research and perform in-depth market analyses to identify the most attractive sectors for Company expansion.

o Looking for 3rd party partner to drive sales and business growth in product portfolio, in specific segmentation, through commercial collaboration, co-marketing, product manufacture for localization….and so on  

o Develop business cases and participate in decision making. Analysis will include market assessments, pricing strategies and cost structure analyses.

o Involving M&A if necessary

o Work closely with local & global senior management team/ to formulate BU strategy, identify business growth opportunity and drives changes to meet strategic goals;

o Spearhead cross-functional projects and corporate-level special initiatives, including business development opportunities in collaboration with BD team

o Facilitate effective and fact-based decision making by conducting market analysis and competitor benchmarking, and managing internal and external research projects;

o Build and strengthen connections with global and regional teams for strategic alignments;

o Initiate innovation ideas, and able to connect with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities that align with our company strategies

o Actively build and strengthen connections with global and regional teams for strategic alignment and knowledge exchange


Job Requirements



Qualifications

o B.A and above; MBA preferred

o A minimum of 8 years of experience

o Previous experiences in top-tier strategy consulting and/or business development preferred

o Previous healthcare industry experience preferred

o Demonstrated ability to work well with multidisciplinary teams

o Able to work independently and navigate projects of ambiguity with limited guidance

o Strong project management skills and previous people management experience preferred

o Excellent analytical, quantitative and management presentation skills

o Fluent in written and spoken English is a must
