Description


Position Objective

  • Processing GRN/MIGO in SAP for the inward material with respect to defined SOP.

•       Co-Ordinate with Procurement team to Return defective, damaged or any goods not meeting the required standards .

•       Checking of Freight and Agency Charges as per contract

•       On time supplier Bill Submission to CFS/ Accounts.

•       To prepare invoices and all commercial documents , checking of customer purchase order & understand commercial requirement of customer along with  requirements as per company procedures

•       To ensure accuracy in physical verification of stocks on monthly basis with respect to book stock.

•       Should have good SAP and Commercial knowledge

•       Should have sound knowledge of GST.

•       Store – 70 %

Minimum Qualifications:

•       Post - Graduation with 4-6 years of relevant work experience preferred in Project based industry.

Position Competencies (include behavioral characteristics and leadership capabilities)

•       Should be capable to work under pressure

•       Should be capable to handle multiple tasks apart from regular work
