Beckman Coulter is a Danaher company, operating in two industries: Diagnostics and Life Sciences. 


Responsibilities include set-up and operation, maintaining machine adjustments and settings necessary to keep dispensing line running at optimum level. Performing preventive maintenance as required to minimize machine downtime. Maintain integrity of all machine safety devices, ensuring their effectiveness, and performing Lockout Tagout per requirements. Provide input and feedback to supervisor, production maintenance and manufacturing engineering regarding equipment performance. Use of tools to clear jammed panels and documenting activities in equipment log books. Strict adherence to FDA, GMP, ISO requirements and company policies/procedures.

Additional responsibilities:

Material handling, performing micropipette measurements, documenting tasks in product batch records and verifying documentation accuracy.

Job Requirements



High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operation running production machinery

Good understanding of basic electrical, pneumatic and mechanical circuits

Possess good troubleshooting skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Understanding of metric measurements

Motivated, self starter

Willing to work overtime when required

Computer experience with Microsoft Office/Word, Excel, Outlook.

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

Ability to function independently or in a team

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education and experience

Clean room experience

Micro-pipette experience
