Position is to support new to Indianapolis Manufacturing Products.  Maintains and works in a safe, reliable, cost effective manufacturing operation to produce the required product volumes, with full regard for health, safety and stakeholder concerns. Assembles and tests life science instruments and accessories according to work instructions.  Uses ability and experience (in accordance with company policies and procedures) to complete complex activities in creative and efficient ways.  Follow policies and procedures and meets regulatory requirements.  Assists in developing new techniques and procedures that lead to greater departmental efficiency.  Ability to trouble shoot as needed, engaging higher levels as appropriate for extremely complex issues.  Requires no supervision for routine work and general instructions on new assignments.  May assist in training lower level employees.  

Job Requirements


Education requirements: High school degree (or equivalent degree) with 5+ years exp.
