Description

Position Objective

• To achieve the revenue budget of $ XXX for CY 2018.  To work on Lab BU Policy deployment for KAM , CP and GWR Initiatives. To improve market share by 25% and achieve top position in Biomolecular and cellular markets.

Essential Job Functions: 

Customer calls, marketing activities to drive funnel growth and reporting through CRM : 50%

Distributor management : 25%

Training and product knowledge : 10%

Business/market analysis and development for long range growth : 10%

Meetings (internal): 5%

Job Requirements



Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Bsc or B Tech with MBA in Sales and marketing (preferred)

Position Competencies

• Written and Verbal communication

• Competency on excel based data analytics

• Product knowledge ( LS)

• Market knowledge ( analytical, bio cellular & molecular, Microbiology etc)

• Distributor management KAM understanding

• Prior exposure to CRM Tools (SFDC, SAP CRM) would be an added advantage.  Should be adept funnel management concepts
