The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

  • Establishes goals to meet objectives about Reagents business.
  • Establishes reagents sales standards, procedures, performance levels and documentation requirements for a given territory
  • Provides guidance to sales staff to achieve goals in accordance with established policies about reagents business
  • Develop relationships with KOL and  key accounts and general customers
  • Attend seminars, exhibitions and demonstrations by close work with marketing team within the territory in order to promote company’s reagents business
  • Work is reviewed and measured based on meeting objectives and schedules.
  • Ensures staff skills are developed and maintained on a continual basis to ensure cost/effective operations
  • Communicates with sales staff, issues to high level activity to sell reagents
  • Adheres to policies and procedures

Job Requirements




  • A university graduate in medical laboratory technology or science

•         Good command in computer application with Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel is a must

•         Good command in English(read, write and speak)



  • Previous work experience as a medical laboratory technologist is preferred
  • Fresh graduate with good potential can be considered
  • Previous experience in selling is a plus
