We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Sr. Financial/Sales Analyst to support sales analysis, sales reporting and financial analysis for the Special Markets group.  This individual should possess strong analytical capabilities, is adaptable and independent, and able to operate with integrity that are reflective of the companies standards.
  • Provide financial and scenarios modeling, pricing analysis, margin analysis and decision support.
  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards on sales performance and trends.  
  • Support month-end variance analysis, forecasting and annual budgeting. Support spend control and tracking.
  • Assist in sales commission reporting, true-up and tracking.
  • Lead direct margin and gross profit margin analysis by product and customer.
  • Lead cost structure analysis and profitability analysis.
  • Drive and implement process improvements including streamlining processes, eliminating duplications and establishing standard work.
  • Assist in putting together management presentations.
  • Ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as assigned.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines required. MBA a plus.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Sales analytics or related areas.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel. 
  • Experience in Tableau and HFM a plus.
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
  • Strong results orientation and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to operate with levels within the organization.
  • High ability in managing and prioritizing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong ability to think strategically.
  • Hands-on, highly motivated, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity.
