Primary Responsibilities:

Lead the digital marketing team in digital strategy development, budget allocation and daily operation management to achieve the incremental revenue growth targets.

Proficient with the B2B PPC/SEM operation and optimization and manage major search engines such as Baidu,360 and Sogou to maximize PPC/SEM performance; fully exploit PPC/SEM agency’s capability and advantages through daily management, regular performance review, and feasible goal-setting.

Constantly maintain and update the company website. Master SEO operation and analysis tools to enhance its performance. Maximize SEO organic ranking by improving website design and key words matching, and leveraging other latest tools.

Conduct in-depth analysis based on PPC and SEO performance data to identify the key bottlenecks in achieving goals and adjust strategies accordingly. Identify trends and issues, propose and implement business plans for continuous improvement.

Manage social media platform including Weibo, wechat. Edit and publish contents in time.

Lead, coach, motivate and develop the digital marketing team comprised of a team of 4 people, who generate leads for sales teams by qualifying customer inquiries from PPC, SEO or other digital marketing channels.

Job Requirements



   Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing.

   5 years’ experience in marketing, with proficient SEO/PPC expertise. Candidate with      in-house PPC management experience or PPC platform/agency background is preferred.

   Excellent in Microsoft Excel and its analytic skills and related analytic skills.

   Good communication skills in English (both speaking and writing) as this job involves many interactions with the global team based in the US and Europe.

   Be able to handle multi-task and result-driven to drive incremental revenues.

   Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus.
