The incumbent will be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties / other duties may be assigned in addition to below:

• Support global supply chain monthly PPV and VAVE tracking and reporting
• Track and monitor R&D inventory movement, capitalization and reserve
• Partner with Operations to drive cost improvement initiatives and process improvement
• Monthly closing duties involving various journal entries, accruals, posting and reviewing financial data
• Support monthly management and KPI reporting
• Develop and provide ad-hoc reports as required by management
• Maintain and improve processes and controls associated with manufacturing costs and inventory valuation
• Support twice a quarter OCOGS forecast process

Job Requirements



Education or Experience (in years):
• At least 5+ year of experience in Cost Accounting and/or Ops FP&A. Experience in SAP manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in business with accounting concentration or equivalent experience

• Must be detail oriented with well-developed organizational and analytical skills
• Effective communicator of technical & non-technical information
• Must have the ability to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with proven ability to be flexible and adaptable to change
• Excellent team work and interpersonal communication skill
• Good analytical skills & sound judgment
• Customer service oriented
• Remains flexible and takes the risks necessary to achieve the business objectives in a compliant manner
• Works with local process improvement teams to define resources, measures and tactics that contribute to achievement of company objectives
