POSITION SUMMARY

Conceptualize and execute innovative, lead-generating marketing campaigns and collateral in close collaboration with Marketing Managers, Campaign Managers, and Product Managers supporting the inter-oral imaging products to include Nomad, I-Cat and Kavo. Participate in campaign strategy and kickoff sessions. Develop a wide range of marketing materials, including ad campaigns, direct mail, brochures, website graphics, e-blasts, landing pages, tablet apps, trade show graphics and others. Take ownership to ensure all marketing collateral meets branding guidelines and timelines, and provide direction to external resources when needed. Mentor other Creative Team members and work closely with the Digital Marketing team on execution of digital projects. Assist marketing team with other duties as assigned.  


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Concept development, design and production of lead-generating integrated marketing campaigns and other brand-related marketing collateral including new product launches and sales support tools.
  • Responsible for completion of every step from concept through production and archive maintenance. 
  • Prepare files for offset and digital printing.
  • Understands the various KaVo Kerr businesses, brands and marketing/sales objectives
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, web design, eblast design, web banners, marketing automation platforms and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing team, providing design input and assets for digital mediums for campaigns.
  • Ensure that marketing materials are accurate and distributed on a timely basis.
  • Mentor other designers to push creative thinking and provide guidance on project execution.
  • Assist in some copyediting/proofreading for marketing materials.
  • Establish good working relationships with internal and external teams.
  • Create and maintain relationships with creative vendors like writers and illustrators.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: 
  • Bachelors degree required; in Graphic Design preferred.
  • 10+ years creative/design experience in ad agency or corporate in-house environment required.
  • 3+ years experience leading creative art design teams required
  • 10+ experience in creative concepting, graphic design and production methods, including layout, concept development, color theory, typography, printing processes and various photo formats and applications required.
  • Familiarity with digital mediums and coding, including web, email, and banner design, HTML, CSS, and responsive design required.
  • 10+ years experience in design, illustration and production using graphic arts and other software applications in Mac environment, including the Adobe Creative Suite required.
