• The primary duty of this position is to provide techno functional support for enterprise wide initiatives. 

• Conduct architectural evaluation, design and analysis of enterprise wide systems, including but not limited to Oracle ERP, SalesForce, Enovia, eCommerce, and BI solutions. 

• Research and evaluate new and/or alternative solutions and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs. Provide suggestions to automate and improve cross functional functions and systems for optimal performance. 

• Scope solution efforts and provide time and cost estimates. 

• Program Management activities to include Status Communication, AGILE/Waterfall Methodologies, identify and manage risks, issues, resources. 

• Design and test inbound and outbound interfaces to and from enterprise wide systems, including but not limited to Oracle ERP, SalesForce, Enovia, eCommerce, and BI solutions. 

• Apply specialized knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 to analyze, design, construct and implement solutions for Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Financials modules. 

• Collaborate with IT development team to assure architectural solution could be suitably translated into effectual and robust implementation. 

• Provide quality assurance for unit tests scripts, technical design documentation and installation scripts. 

• Document major application and technical impacts in order to support the implementation including provided estimates to project leads. 

• Work with business stakeholders to prioritize projects and enhancement requests. 

• Lead and participate in global needs assessment, collect business requirements, solution design, implementation, testing and support. 

• Create and maintain appropriate system documentation such as requirements definition and configuration (BR100), functional design (MD50), test plan and test scripts.

• Work with cross-functional teams, and other IT and business stakeholders, to ensure successful planning and execution of systems projects. 

• Resolve technical and operational problems in a timely fashion.

• Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly. 

• Manage several projects concurrently. 

• Manage Service Requests with Oracle Support. 

• Ensure all Company and Department policies and procedures are followed. 

• Follow IT standards & defined processes and policies for workflow using a systematic approach, to complete assigned tasks.

• Implement and act in accordance with the organization’s information security policies.

• Perform other tasks as identified / needed for project.

Job Requirements



• Degree/diploma in a technical field, such as Information Systems, Computer Science, or Networking, or degree/diploma in a business-related field with demonstrated hands-on technical experience.

Minimum 4 years professional experience with:

• Oracle Integration and APIs

• XML Publisher

• Oracle Developer Toolkit (SQL, PL/SQL, Forms and Reports, JDeveloper, OAF

• Database tools such as SQL*Plus, PL/SQL, SQL*loader, or Toad

• Oracle ERP

• Flexfields, workflow, setups and profile options

• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases and Configuration Management methodologies.

• Knowledge of SalesForce, eCommerce, or BI Tools a plus.

• Understanding of business processes a must.

• Strong verbal and written English skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Able to communicate technical issues and problem resolution information to end users and peers.
