We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Asset Management Specialist to join our customer in Barcelona, Spain.
In the role of Digital Asset Management Specialist, you will collaborate with our customer to create and deliver the digital asset management strategy, to allow them to scale content creation, enable content reuse and support the development of content for omnichannel delivery.
It’s a challenging role where you will work on a diverse range of projects, working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.


As Solution Architect – Digital Asset Management Specialist your main responsibilities are:

  • Developing, maintaining and executing asset management program including processes, procedures, tools, and reporting.
  • Identify unique ways to organize and manage the entire digital asset life cycle
  • Design, implement and maintain metadata schemas that reflect the true needs of the business
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration for content creation, selection and sourcing.
  • Create, maintain and streamline workflows for the use of assets in all relevant system
  • Develop role-specific user training programs pertinent to all asset management systems
  • Listen, learn and adapt to changes in the business needs of the organization
  • Maintain industry knowledge on current solutions available, asset management trends, and general (industry) media production trends.
  • To mentor teammates on technical and implementation best practices.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with co-workers, other employees, vendors, and contractors.

Job Requirements



Qualifications

  • Proven success in previous production support environments with asset management, utilizing enterprise-level solutions. Strongest candidates will have specific experience with: Adobe, Aprimo, Bynder, Canto, CELUM, Cognizant, MediaBeacon, Northplains or similar.
  • Ability to work in multi-functional teams, networking effectively with others to achieve desired goals.
  • 5 years’ experience (or equivalent) in areas such as, but not limited to:
  • Business process or asset management technology solution architecture, ideally in a marketing or packaging domain
  • Providing software and/or services to consumer goods, pharmaceutical or retail customers
  • Software user training (e.g. workflow building, system configuration, system admin, developing key users up to a professional/expert level)
  • Software support (e.g. registering, administering, diagnosing and resolving customer support requests)
  • Other technical services domains (e.g. application engineering, enterprise level software installation)
  • Bachelor or Master degree (or equivalent professional qualification)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages appreciated
  • Experience in Esko software (WebCenter, MediaBeacon, Automation Engine) along with experience in Packaging is considered a plus
  • Willingness to travel nationally and regionally.
