Main responsibilities and key activities

•      Responsible for the daily end-user support, including:

o    High quality 1st line support on Esko applications, using a ticketing system

o    Direct communication with end users via phone, mail, IM or remote tools

o    Troubleshooting of system and application problems

o    Installation and configuration of software applications

o    Communicate, co-operate and follow-up with R&D team

•      Assist and advise users in finding the best suitable solution for their needs. Such as best working practices, new ways of using application …

•      Create and maintain documentation regarding IT procedures, frequently asked questions, knowledge base content, systems setup and systems maintenance.

Job Requirements



• Hands on Experience with :

•Windows 7 & 10; Microsoft Server, Windows Installs

•Complex Automation Engine and WebCenter workflows

•Esko Smartnames

•Integration of Automation Engine, WebCenter, and MIS systems

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written

• Excellent organization and follow-up skills

• You are proactive and a self-starter

• You have strong analytical skills and are a quick learner

• Ability to operate in a virtual team

• Able to perform extended hrs. support (1 week/month, 6-9pm eastern Time)
