  • Develop innovative medical software applications as part of international cross-functional team
  • Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity
  • Passionate about Scrum, Kanban, Lean Thinking, Lean Startup, SAFe, etc.
  • Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, communication with main stakeholders
  • Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables that support business goals
  • Identify key KPIs, monitor schedule and cost performance
  • Prepare and present reports on the progress and success

Job Requirements



  • Bachelors of Engineering or Masters in Software Engineering/Informatics/Mathematics or equivalent
  • First level Scrum Master certification (CSM or CSP or CSPO or PSM I)
  • At least 2 years experience in Scrum Master role
  • Experience in Agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
  • Fluent in verbal and written English


  • Second level Scrum Master certification
  • Experience in SW Quality Assurance role
  • Experience in Regulated Medical Device software development, knowledge of relevant standards
