Description

Pantone LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of X-Rite, a Danaher Company, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Shipping and Receiving Coordinator in our Carlstadt, New Jersey facility.

Pantone has been the world leader in color communication and specification for over fifty years. Pantone’s products and services are used by designers and manufacturers in many industries – from graphic design and print to apparel and product design – to ensure accurate color from inspiration to realization.

The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator is expected to:

* Physically pick/pack/process all customer orders in a fast paced environment, meeting  or exceeding customer expectations – if sales gets the order, we ship it on-time!

* Process shipments via UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship Manager, DHL and USPS systems – we are a systems driven business

* Prepare import/export documentation in accordance with custom rules/regulations – over 50% of our shipments are international

* Process all incoming shipments/materials – can’t make it if you don’t bring it in!

* Assist in cycle counting – gotta know how many we have at all times

* Move materials using pallet jacks and by hand, up to 50 lbs

* Have a strong attention to detail

* Have good computer skills and be open to learning new systems – did I mention we are a systems driven company?

* Be able to take instruction in written and spoken English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

* Be comfortable operating light equipment for material movement – We will train you how to do it, don’t worry!

* High School Diploma or GED
