POSITION SUMMARY: As a SharePoint Office 365 Intranet Designer / Developer, you'll design and develop solutions for a large scale, global SharePoint based Intranet for DentalCo.  You’ll work with the corporate communications team as part of the overall communications strategy to implement solutions with a high-quality user experience. You’ll engage with internal customers across DentalCo’s operating companies to understand communication and process improvement problems and develop appropriate solutions using the Office 365 platform.      


  • Daily management and 2nd level technical support of SharePoint Publishing Site, and Modern Site Features and Layouts

  • Maintaining relationship with Corporate Communications team to identify opportunities for solutions and improvements

  • Maintaining, improving and designing SharePoint publishing layouts, master pages, and modern site design templates

  • Designing graphic layouts for Intranet and email communication campaigns

  • Maintaining, improving and developing form and workflows built on InfoPath, SP Workflow, Flow, and PowerApps

  • Maintaining relationships with SharePoint Intranet business owners to identify opportunities for solutions and improvements

  • Assist in implementation and maintenance of Intranet and Office 365 collaboration analytics and measurements of success

  • Continuously learn and seek information on SharePoint, Office 365 and related technologies

Job Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years’ experience in SharePoint and Office 365 branding and front-end development required
  • 3+ years’ experience in Web front end UX development experience using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript Frameworks
  • 3+ years’ experience in SharePoint Publishing Master Pages and Layouts development and design required
  • 3+ years SharePoint Designer Workflow and InfoPath forms development experience required
  • 1+ years Microsoft Flow and PowerApps development experience required
  • 3+ years Adobe Creative Suite experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and related tools) required
  • Familiarity with modern SharePoint Site Design Scripts and SharePoint Framework (SPfx) a plus
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs in third party applications a plus
  • Must be able to provide demonstrated examples of UX design
