Description

For our Service department we are looking for a ‘Serviceability & Innovation Specialist'. Become part of our service team, which has set itself the goal of setting new standards in customer satisfaction. Help us redefining the customer experience.
A challenging task awaits you with the opportunity not only to play a decisive role in making our products even more service-friendly, but also to turn tomorrow's service innovations into reality.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and sub-project management within the service department of current and future product developments
  • Responsible for the timely delivery of service deliverables as part of the development process
  • Definition, adherence and monitoring of standardized service processes within the product development process
  • Responsible for the definition and continuous improvement of service requirements of future products and services with the aim of improving serviceability and increasing service profitability
  • Harmonization of standardized service processes amongst the product Groups
  • Collaboration on the definition of new service concepts and service strategies with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction and service Efficiency
  • Sustainment and continuous tracking of our service internal innovation process with the goal of bringing new services to market maturity


Job Requirements



Qualifications

Our Expectations:
  • Able to lead a service-project team with the proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to successful completion
  • Ideal candidate will have prior experience in servicing highly sophisticated capital equipment products
  • Several years of experience either in project management or in the service area
  • Good understanding of today’s demand on service delivery and related processes
  • Alternatively experience in product development
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
  • Process oriented thinking with the ability to visualize, document and present cause/effect relationships
  • Ability to travel (up to 30% within DACH)
  • Expert in building professional relationships and being a persuasive communicator, results orientation, attention to details, tenacity, personal ambition to grow and continuously improve Service Business
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in technical related field or similar experience
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and German language
  • Strong affinity to the latest technology with good understanding of recent developments (IoT, Digital Transformation, Remote Services, …)
  • Customer oriented, able to think out of the box
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
