� To work with other Service Engineer as a proficient CTS team � Poses the technical specialty in some product lines and able to instructs other engineers� work. Able to complete complicated service calls and service assignments � To sell service contract and other service products in the area � Also responsible for service revenue and expenses target in his own area � To provide high quality service to Beckman Coulter users and achieve customer satisfaction and optimal service quality � To provide supports to inter-company groups like attending seminar, user training, customer demo and exhibition � To assist conducting training on his experience products � To maintain his own tools, carried service parts and technical information in good conditions � To fill-in and submit the field service reports, expense report, trip report and work report timely � To answer customer inquiries � To assist Regional Services Manager to manage dealer service performance � To assist Regional Services Manager to handle departmental affairs
