Essential Duties, Critical Success Factors, Responsibilities, Authorities and Required Interactions:
To promote service products to customers, including service contracts, spare parts, fixed price maintenances and other professional services. Help customer to realize SCIEX has these products and accept the products.
Work as a single contact point for any service products need from customer, field service, marketing and sales. Be responsible for signing the contract with end customers and negotiate with them about service contracts or T&M service.
Help company to meet and exceed service revenue target, and create foundation for future growth.
• Achieve or exceed annual bookings targets for the Service business in assigned territories.
• Develop business plans and strategies to develop partners (both internal and external channels) to meet and exceed targets.
• Provide regular, accurate and detailed forecasting to sales management
• Utilize CRM for managing accounts, opportunities and leads from partner organizations
• Where required, provide support to the sales team in technical discussions and preparation of sales / pricing documents
• Prepare other accompanying documentation as necessary such as throughput analysis, system proposal documents, workflow documents etc.
• Initiate any Change Orders and address any concerns that may affect ongoing projects
• Work with 3rd party instrument vendors to ensure that vendor peripherals can be easily and economically incorporated final sales proposals.
• Attend relevant trade shows and meetings.
• Provide feedback on common customer issues/comments/suggestions to product managers and engineering.
• Handle other projects and/or tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
• Teamwork and communication.
• Excellent people interaction skills with customers and internal associates.
• Able to speak Korea Language and English
• Have valid local driving license.
• Occasional business travels may be required.

Job Requirements


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Degree in Life Sciences, Sales and Marketing, Engineering or equivalent is preferred.
• Worked in a similar capacity or in Sales in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical industry for 2 years is preferred. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
• Knowledge on LC/MS service and solutions is a benefit.
• Demonstrate successful sales competency.
