Description

Position Summary:

The Service Operations Project Manager will be a key member of the Global Service Operations team by development and commercialization of service products, pricing assessments and understand customer service products neeeds.  This job will be based in Sunnyvale, CA, and will require approximately 10% travel for effective execution of projects. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with regional service managers and BioPharma customers to identify key service products required by customers.
  • Lead product creation and commercialization.
  • Assist with process development to ensure product roll-out is successful.
  • Work with global logistics team to ensure proper processes for new service products.
  • Track KPIs and Reports to effectively understand success of commercialized service products.  
  • Use Lean, Six Sigma Principles and lead problem solving process.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Years of experience required: Bachelor’s degree in field with 5+ years of related work experience or Master’s degree in field with 3+ years of related work experience or Doctoral degree in field with 0-2 years of related work experience.

  • 3+ Project Management Experience and/or Marketing Experience.
  • Ability to develop relationships with key customers to acquire feedback.
  • Experience with customer serviceorganizations preferred.
  • Excellent communicator via phone, email, power point and face-to-face.
  • Ability to create relationships quickly across organizations and roles.
  • In-depth experience with Power Point, Microsoft Excel required.  Experience with SAP, Adobe and Sales Force preferred.
