Pall Corporation is seeking a talented and dynamic individual to fill the position of Service Inside Sales Manager in Europe (preferably based in Dreieich Germany or Portsmouth England). This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organization. The incumbent will be responsible for retaining, supporting and growing the commercial service business in selected regions.  

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and energize team to drive contract share and service revenue growth.

• Serve as the leader for a group that will provide point of contact to customers, sales, engineers and supplier with the objective of retaining and growing business.  

• Direct coaching and daily management process to drive sales of contracts, including pricing and proposals.  Work closely with Service Management and supplier to identify opportunities, provide leads, and add service by leveraging customer purchasing trends on service and spare parts. 

• Service campaign development – identify opportunities for inbound and outbound campaigns, early renewal incentive programs, customer loyalty programs, etc.

• Facilitate all levels of service install base growth by analyzing, identifying and utilizing all channels of potential growth opportunities.

• Develop process and materials for converting customers from supplemental warranty to full service agreements.

• Lead and manage the team to deliver revenue target by month and quarter.

• Create value selling culture.

Job Requirements


Key Competencies include: 

• Strong communication, interpersonal, listening, and business acumen skills.  Team Player.
• Strong PC skills, Microsoft Office skills - specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent sales ability, be comfortable selling “air” vs selling a “box”.
• Self-starter that can work independently and take action with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Results oriented - able to clearly separate effort from results.  Must possess the ability to quickly gather data, identify trends/issues, clearly communicate next steps and aggressively follow-up to ensure that opportunities are closed.


• Undergraduate degree required.
• Prior telemarketing/inside sales and customer service experience.
• Experience communicating value propositions.
• Experience using customer database and selling.
• Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office in particular) required.
• Good understanding of revenue, profit, and margin.
• Previous experience driving superior performance while creating an engaged workforce.
• Previous experience working in SFDC, Service Max, or C4C a plus.
• Fluent in English, strong conversational level in German
