职责目的Position Objectives:

Be responsible for Lab Water System service and others related work, to achieve high customer satisfaction, continuously service quality/ efficiency improvement, and also to contribute to support sales and aftermarket business.

主要负责完成实验室大型纯水过滤系统及其他公司产品系统服务的相关工作,以取得好的客户满意度, 持续的服务质量及效率的提高,并对销售及备件市场做出支持。

主要职责Key Responsibilities:

1)Responsible for field service, including installation, commissioning, start up, customer training and troubleshooting, etc.


2)To achieve high customer satisfaction, continuously service quality.


3)Operation status follow up, to know about needs from customer, o contribute to support sales for aftermarket business.


4)Timely project service activities plan update,timely provide the service report and document.


5)Prepare troubleshooting and optimization recommendations report to contribute to continuously improvement.


6)Responsible for assigned service documents development and optimization


7)Responsible for team members training when need


工作标准/绩效目标Performance Standard/Goals:

1)High customer satisfaction/ Customer satisfaction within warranty period and the warranty period outside of more than 95%.


2)Service report completion rate/ Service report completion rate within warranty period and the warranty period outside of 100%.


3)On-site trouble shooting, once resolution rate / On-site trouble shooting, once resolution rate of 90%

Job Requirements


任职资格Position Qualification Requirement:

1.专业背景和资历素质Education & Professional Background

Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical, electrical automation, chemical, environmental engineering, etc.


2.相关工作经验Relevant Experience

3 years or above of relative work experiences, industrial filtration experience should be prior.


3.语言技能Language Skills

Good English communication skills
