TITLE:              Service Administrator

REPORTING TO:    Service

LOCATION:         India

Purpose of Position

coordinate and provide various types of administration support activities for
Service organization. Handle all daily work timely to improve the customer
satisfaction without customer complains.

II. Key Responsibilities

Drive Service Growth especially on service
revenue to exceed the Goal.

Work closely with Service Technician to
handle all daily process below.

a)  RMA Registration procedure (timely update the
service status in Service Management system, service priority management).

b)  All logistic operations involve registering,
packing and shipping the units back to customers.

c)  Liaise with customer and the finance
department to ensure invoicing and payments are made. Shipping the invoice back
to customers.

d)  Handle the email and basic service calls from
customers. Be responsible for service center front desk reception and general
administration work.

3.   Be thoroughly
familiar with service policy and full operation and diagnosis of all major
instrument models.

4.   Others
including parts inventory update timely.

III. Measures of Performance

1.         Support Service & Repair team reach
the goal in the bowler chart daily.

2.         No complain from customer and internal

Job Requirements


IV. Background and Skill

1.  Bachelor’s degree preferred, 3+ years of
relevant experience required.

2.  Excellent communication
skill within internal and external including English spoken and written

3.  Knowledge on MS-Office.
