Description

SR TECHNICIAN PRODUCTION OPERATIONS – Ancillary Waters/Broths



Main duties include setup, operation and preventive maintenance of dispensing and torque/labeling equipment. Individual will load materials/product into equipment during operation, perform material weigh-outs and in-process quality checks (use of analytical scale) and filling out production records (batch records, log books). Experience in operation of production equipment (performing minor mechanical adjustments -use of hand tools, use of computers - Microsoft Office/Word, Excel, Outlook) required. Strict adherence to FDA, GMP, ISO requirements and company policies/procedures. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required. Willing to work overtime when required.


Job Requirements



Qualifications

Requirements:


High school diploma or equivalent.


Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operation running production machinery


Good understanding of basic electrical, pneumatic and mechanical circuits


Possess good troubleshooting skills


Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Understanding of metric measurements


Motivated, self-starter


Willing to work overtime when required


Computer experience with Microsoft Office/Word, Excel, Outlook.


Ability to lift up to 35 lbs


Ability to function independently or in a team
