Description

Skills required:
  • 8-12 years’ experience in SW product development and experience in working with different geographical location stakeholder management. 
  • Go to person to reach any level of stakeholder to get things done for the required project development. 
  • Being an interface between technology teams, support teams, and business units. 
  • Understanding business requirements and translating them into specific software requirements. 
  • Understanding both technical designs and specifications. Contribute on design and technical discussions. 
  • Analyse and model the business domain to create a complete picture of work-flows and technical requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed software. 
  • Should have demonstrated ability in contributing to process improvement of the software development life cycle. 
  • Create functional requirements and use cases. Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs. 
  • Contribute to project plans. 
  • Analysing and documenting the required data and information like writing use cases, Agile user stories, functional specifications & system-to-system interface requirements. 
  • 4 + years’ experience in agile development model. 
  • Experience in requirements elicitation skills – e.g. stakeholder analysis, workshop facilitation, interviewing stakeholders. 
  • Demonstrated ability in working with complex domains and synthesising complex information. 
  • Should have demonstrated and hands on skills in advanced MS Word skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
Desirable Skills: 
  • Real time working experience in Health care domain with FDA regularity is added advantage 

  • • Hands on working experience in MS Visio, MS PowerPoint and HP Quality Centre. 

  • • Minimum usage level of experience in Enterprise Architect development and EA tool is added advantage. 
  • JIRA and confluence tool usage level experience
