The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:
• Analyze and review service performance against the SLAs(Service-Level Agreement), on-going review of service achievements to ensure that the required service quality and compliance.
• Maintenance and improvement of service quality through a constant cycle of agreeing, monitoring and reporting on service achievements, and initiating actions
• Carry out service quality assessment with internal and external team, monitor improvement plan to ensure Quality KPI are met
• Designs, develops, and implements internal auditing policy and procedures within the organization
• Ensures process compliance through the development of simple yet comprehensive procedures, work instructions, flowcharts, forms, templates, checklists, worksheets, and other product and process related documentation
• Ensure all support functions for ORACL/OBI system management and global process harmonization

Job Requirements


• College degree or above, major in administration or science is preferred
• Excellent English skills in speaking, reading and writing;
• Good computer skills, like Excel and PowerPoint
• Minimum five years of related working experience.
• Being experienced in life science industry or medical device industry is preferred
• Good communication skills and like to work with people
• Solicits input from supervisor when making decisions that impact work processes, products or individuals
• Prepares for advancement by acquiring additional relevant skills and knowledge
