Description

The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing data, building analytical tools, and managing compensation.

Responsibilities:
  • Partners with Sales Leadership to develop synergistic strategies and tools to maximize the execution of sales plans.
  • Builds analytical tools designed to assist the sales team with forecasting, targeting, and execution.
  • Provides annual historical data to field sales management (salary, job title, incentive compensation, sales awards, sales clubs, forecast, etc.
  • Distributes monthly and quarterly statements to the field and provides and distributes monthly and quarterly analysis of incentive compensation.
  • Provides specific incentive compensation analytics, including reports showing movement/trends in rankings as they relate to an employee’s earnings, time in territory, teams, training, etc.
  • Generates and monitors financial exposure for all field sales positions that receive incentive compensation on a quarterly basis, plus final payout.
  • Maintains accurate records of movement within a region/territory as it relates to new hires, promotions, leaves of absence, terminations, etc. to insure all monthly payouts are accurate.

Job Requirements



Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of related experience supporting sales analytics
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Action oriented individual who is highly proactive at solving problems and obtaining results.
  • True love of continuous improvement, measuring results and problem solving.
  • Willingness to learn the complexities of working in a Diagnostic industry where compliance to regulation is a must.
  • Ability to drive actions in a matrix organization
  • Ability to countermeasure and problem solve
  • Excellent time management and organization skills. Overall ability to get things done
  • Positive attitude and ability to work closely with teams
  • The capacity to plan, organize, complete projects on time.  Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Utilization of Salesforce.com tools to generate short and long term sales forecasts.
  • Experience in developing and tracking sales pipeline and sales performance metrics.
