Description

  • The objective of the role is to lead complex projects within F&B Membrane Cartridge Value Stream.
  • Primary objective is to complete product transfers of F&B Membrane Cartridges from PILF (UK) to Bad Kreuznach (Germany).
  • The majority of the role is Technical Leadership representing Design Authority within F&B Membrane Cartridges.
  • The secondary objective is to execute multiple optimization projects to standardize materials to reduce / eliminate reactive material changes and implement VSM improvements identified in the Food & Beverage Equipment Roadmap.
  • The position requires the cross functional Team engagement including Operations, SLS, ManTech (equipment engineering), R&D, SIOP, Sourcing & Quality.
  • The position represents a “system” integrator combining different functions and tools necessary to be involved during project execution.

Job Requirements



Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering (university of applied science or university) in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, paper technology, power engineering or a similar field of study
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office / SAP 
  • Several years’ experience in an industrial company; experience in the implementation and management of investment/modernization projects (analysis, ROI calculation, implementation)
  • Creative thinking; teamwork spirit. Being familiar with food contact requirements and the impact on materials of construction for F&B products is beneficial.
  • Good knowledge of English and German, written as well as spoken
