The Senior Planning Analyst is responsible for developing and deploying planning system, tools, and processes in support of the company core value drivers. The position takes a leadership role to drive initiatives that will continue to advance our end to end supply chain performance by helping to shape and execute our continuous improvement roadmap.

Main Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy advanced planning tools and analytics for use across our global supply chain footprint.
  • Partner with Logistics, Distribution, Manufacturing, Finance, Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, and Procurement to find new and innovative ways of removing waste from our value chain while increasing reliability.
  • Drive process standardization across functions and sites to ensure best practices are deployed and sustained.
  • Champion continuous improvement funnel initiatives focused on driving better supply chain visibility and predictive analytics for all planning functions.
  • Leverage industry best practices in the areas of process automation and machine learning

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in a supply chain environment with a focus on data analytics and process optimization
  • Experience in a variety of Business Intelligence and Visualization tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, DOMO, Visio, Etc.
  • Expertise in Database Management Systems: MS Access, MS SQL Server, MySQL preferred
  • Experience in a variety of Data Analytics and Machine Learning platforms such as Python or R
  • Strong ERP knowledge. Preferably Oracle.
  • Successful project and team leadership skills
