  • Work closely with the regional General Manager, local sales teams and global marketing team to develop full scope marketing plans which include online and offline advertising, product collateral, industry tradeshows, new product launches, co-op marketing campaigns with dealers, digital marketing campaigns, telemarketing campaigns, PR events and integrated direct marketing activities

  • Implement developed programs from execution to follow up and evaluation

  • Create marketing collateral in support of corporate marketing projects, as required

  • Work with GCH sales team to build/capitalize on ad-hoc sales opportunities

  • Provide current, accurate marketing and product information to management

  • Build the company’s brand awareness and reputation through effective marketing strategies and campaigns. 

  • Lead the tele-marketing team to execute regional tele-campaigns with goal to generate incremental revenue for GCH

  • Effective leads and funnel management with expertise in utilizing

  • Manage, mentor and grow the local marketing team.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, business administration or equivalent discipline

  • 10+ years of experience as a marketing professional, with 3+ years’ experience of leading a team 

  • Excellent English capabilities, both verbal and written 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Demonstrated experience in the following:

  • successful commercial launch of new products

  • market segmentation techniques, market research and analysis tools

  • development of and use of demand creation and promotional tools

  • development and implementation of business/product/marketing plans

  • development or assisting in development of strategic marketing plans is an asset

  • Proactive self-starter and ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving skills

  • Enthusiastic about and passionate for all things colour-related

  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed including overnight and some international travel
