The Senior Financial Analyst (IC - Incentive and Compensation) is a high visibility role with an opportunity to engage directly with all levels of senior/executive management and all departments of the business.  You will play a critical role in understanding sales performance, being able to identify the drivers of incentive compensation, identifying and implementing opportunities for improving the IC design.

  • You work independently in supporting and empowering your sales colleagues to excel in their roles through accurate and timely administration of their incentive compensation plans.
  • You look for creative ways to leverage your expertise and internal best practices to develop visual-based reporting to summarize and communicate financial related information to senior management on an as needed basis.

We want you to:
  • Administrate the Diagnostics incentive compensation plan on a monthly basis ensuring timely and accurate results, and seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Resolve incentive compensation disputes raised by the sales organization in a timely basis seeking to find root causes, prevent future errors and build consensus with all parties involved.
  • Analyze, monitor and report on the incentive compensation measures, highlighting trends and unexpected variances via meaningful commentary that demonstrates business acumen and enables the organization to move forward.
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly presentations to sales senior management through researching incentive compensation performance across your area of sales representatives and incentive compensation measures.
  • Use Danaher Business System, including daily and visual management, to continuously improve business processes and compensation accuracy.

Your partnership and support of the sales leaders will further develop the sales funnel and standard work to improve quality and accuracy.

Job Requirements


  • Strong financial background with previous experience in sales operations or corporate FP&A.The ability to think tactically, systemically, formulate plans to improve upon status-quo, articulate process improvement recommendations and to drive administrative efficiencies from strategy to execution within our sales IC plans.
  • Project management skills of multiple process improvement related projects, establishing requirements and mitigating risks.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years of Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Finance experience required.
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Excel.
  • Power BI knowledge preferred.
